Hold Harmless Agreement
If you elect to enter Crown Pine Timber land to view a potential recreational lease tract or for any other reason, you agree to do so at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, you waive any claims against, and agree to hold Crown Pine Timber, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors and contractors (collectively, the Crown Pine Timber parties) harmless from, all claims or liability of every type (including court costs and legal fees) for injury or death to any person or for damage to property arising out of or relating to your presence on land owned or leased by Crown Pine Timber. This agreement applies to you and any other party accompanying you, under your direction, or at your request.
