This site does not constitute an offer by TCG to lease any particular tract of land, but is solely a solicitation of offers. TCG reserves the right to reject any offer in its sole discretion. The General Lease Terms and Conditions reflected on this site are a summary of certain key lease provisions and do not include all of the terms and conditions which would be included in a lease.
No lease or agreement to lease will exist until all TCG leasing requirements have been met. These requirements include execution of a written lease document signed by an eligible applicant and an authorized official of TCG, payment of appropriate recreational lease fees, acceptance of TCG recreational lease guidelines, and other requirements as determined by TCG from time to time.
The Site Information is owned by TCG. It is made available for use by potential recreational lessees for the purpose of evaluating tracts of land for consideration in making a recreational lease application. It is made available to current lessees as a hunting-information resource and to expedite lease renewal. The Site Information may not be used for any other purpose, and may not be reproduced or redistributed in any manner without the prior written consent of an officer of TCG.
As used on this site, TCG means The Campbell Group, LLC, Campbell Timberland Management, and all timberland it manages on behalf of its investors.
Hold Harmless Agreement
If you elect to enter TCG land to view a potential recreational lease tract or for any other reason, you agree to do so at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, you waive any claims against, and agree to hold TCG, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors and contractors (collectively, the TCG parties) harmless from, all claims or liability of every type (including court costs and legal fees) for injury or death to any person or for damage to property arising out of or relating to your presence on land owned or leased by TCG. This agreement applies to you and any other party accompanying you, under your direction, or at your request.
