Crown Pine Timber Lease Notice
Program Purpose
Crown Pine Timber, in order to protect and enhance its land, offset ownership expenses, limit liability, reduce exposure to fire, theft, dumping, and illegal trespass, and to foster an atmosphere of goodwill and cooperation, permits the leasing of its land for hunting and recreational purposes to organized groups of sportsmen and local citizens.
Program Goals
- To provide high-quality recreational lease and wildlife management services to Crown Pine Timber lease customers consistent with Crown Pine Timber objectives and forest stewardship goals
- Cultivate strong customer relations with clubs and use opportunities to build support and enhance the image of Crown Pine Timber in local communities
- Make informed, responsible decisions regarding lease rates, neighbor sensitivities, club retention, and wildlife habitat management
